Policies
Booking
A non-refundable retainer and signed agreement are required to secure your session date. Dates are not reserved until both are received. After your inquiry is approved and booking details are sent, you have 24 hours to submit the retainer and required information before the date may be released.
Payment

Rescheduling
One reschedule is allowed with at least 24–48 hours notice. The retainer will transfer to the new date.
Cancellation &
No-Shows
Cancellations or failure to show will result in loss of retainer.
Late Arrival
A 15-minute grace period is allowed. Late arrival may reduce shooting time. After 20 minutes, the session may be canceled.
Weather
Outdoor sessions may be rescheduled due to unsafe or unfavorable weather conditions.
Copyright & Usage
Jené Visuals retains copyright to all images. Clients receive a personal use license for printing and sharing. Images may not be altered or used commercially without permission.
Model Release
Unless requested otherwise in writing, images may be used for portfolio and marketing purposes.
Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for punctuality, wardrobe, and supervising children or guests during sessions.
